Video Transcript: Tom Shatz on the New Building

I'm Tom Shatz, long time faculty member in the department of Radio-Television-Film and I couldn't 

be more excited about the prospect of a new building.  Its not only a chance for us to live up to 

the potential that we've been developing for the last couple of decades really, but its a chance 

to move into the new millennium: The world of convergence. A chance for us not only to realize the 

potential of Radio-Television-Film but to wed those technologies with others in journalism, and 

advertising, and communications generally to really take us into the future.
