Final Cut Pro - Exporting to Final Cut Pro Movie When you have finished your project it is very easy to export your finished work as a Final Cut movie. There are many reasons why you might want to do this. • To have an archived copy of your movie. • To fix any audio sample rate problems (the process will re-sample audio if you have any mixed audio sample rates. • To encode your movie for web streaming or DVD. To export your project: • Select your sequence in your Project Folder in the Browser • Select Final Cut Pro menu > File > Export > Final Cut Pro Movie... This will export a DVstream movie out of Final Cut which mean that it will condense your project into one video track and two audio tracks. |
|
• Create a name to save your movie as in Save As: • Select a location to save your movie under Where: (either your firewire drive or the local Scratch Disk is recommended) • Under Setting: select DV NTSC 48 kHz Superwhite • Under Quality: select Hi Res (1) • Under Include: select Audio and Video • Under Markers: select None • Leave the Recompress All Frames box empty • Check the Make Movie Self-Contained box • Click Save • Final Cut will export your movie to the designated location. |
