Please note: You will only have access to content specific to your office, even though you can see all the other Security Accounts.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Title from the Sort By pull down menu and Ascending from the next pull down menu. You also can change the number of results that appear per page.

Click Save. You will be prompted to name your query. Be sure to name it something meaningful.

When you click OK, you'll be returned to the Stellent home page.

To view your query results, click on My Stellent, then click on My Saved Queries, and select your query.
NOTE: Stellent will keep only 10 searches. If you create more than 10 searches, it will delete searches by order of creation.

NOTE: The Quick Search in the upper right corner does a full index search, meaning it will search the content itself, but note that the results will not be restricted to your content.
What the Search Results Show
The above screen shot shows how many pieces of content are assigned to the Security Account COMMOSA – 108.
The table shows you the Content ID number for a piece of content (ID), the content title (Title), when it was last modified (Date), who updated it (Checked-in), and what you can do with the content (Actions).
The Content ID number is a unique number assigned anything checked into the content server.
