Accessing Your Content – PC
In order to update content using a PC, you first must browse to the correct page on the Stellent Content Server, which is completely different from the server hosting the site. You can browse to any page you want on the content server starting from the College home page:

Opening a Document
Press Ctrl-Shift-F5 simultaneously. A connection prompt will appear per below.

Enter your UT EID and password, then click OK.
The first time you do this, you will be prompted to download the Contributor application. Allow the application to install. You will then go into Contributor mode, per below:

You can browse to the page you want to edit while in Contributor mode.
Click on the Contribution Icon
to edit the content.
NOTE: Some pages will have more than one Contribution Icon. This means there are two separate word documents that are editable on the page. The example above has one piece of content (the Dean's Welcome) and a Dynamically Generated List (Org Charts). Dynamically generated lists cannot be edited with Word.

Undo Checkout Content
If you check something out by mistake, just close the document.
