Visit the Web Help Desk website and log in with your email address and password. If you don't know your password, please call 471-1199 (option 1) or come by CMA 5.154 and we will get you a new one.
We track your requests through our Web Help Desk system. When your request is received, you will receive an email that contains a link and password that you can use to check on the status of your request. You will also receive at least one additional email - when we think your issue has been resolved.
