Web Site Creation

CoComm Creative has the resources needed to handle all of your web design and development needs. We work with the university resources to leverage assets such as the University’s Oracle Universal Content Management Server which allows us to service the college, departments, units, and individuals through managing their web sites.

Sites we've developed include:

Web Site Analysis

Measures the behavior of visitors to a website. Especially in the measurement of which aspects of the website work towards the information dissemination objectives; for example, what information is the most relevant on the pages are individuals visiting. We can assist you with setting up the scope of your analysis needs.

Accessibility

Web accessibility issues are increasingly being addressed by law and Section 508 of the Workforce Rehabilitation Act requires federal agencies to have accessible Web sites.

Usability

Produces well-organized content, a logical navigation structure and clean, well-structured HTML. Using a well-organized template as the foundation for your entire site. Testing your pages in different ways, at different screen resolutions, on different browsers, at different window sizes, and on various browser accessibility settings.

We handle all associated maintenance and updates to the college’s web systems.

Graphic Design

CoComm Creative can help create a custom look and feel for any project. We have an arsenal of creative products: custom logos, color palettes, as well as, access to custom photography and stock images.

Blog/Wiki Server

If a faculty member wants a course to have a blog, CoComm Creative can create a blog in the appropriate departmental design and security level quickly and easily. For examples, please see https://blogs.communication.utexas.edu/. If a unique design is desired, the client should request a meeting with the manager of CoComm Creative to determine when the site can be added to the group's work load.
