Focus Group Participants Needed!

We are looking for people who would like to be a part of a pool of focus group participants for future survey projects.

If you choose to participate, we would like to ask you to provide us with some basic demographic and contact information.  The information you provide will be entered into our data base and you will be contacted if you meet a researcher’s demographic criteria for their project. A link to the form will be posted soon.

This information will be kept confidential and will be used to pre-screen participants.  If you meet the pre-screening criteria, you may be asked for more detailed information depending on the researchers needs for their survey.
