Room Reservation Form

These rooms may be used by Faculty, Staff, and Registered Student Organizations within the College of Communication. For more information, visit the Policies page. Graduate students may request these rooms for defense meetings except for the Burson Conference Room and the Lady Bird Johnson Room. More information about these and other rooms in the College are available. Alternative meeting spaces across campus are available as well.

Please note: Regularly scheduled classes take precedence over all other requests for these classrooms. If the room becomes unavailable to you, you will be notified.

General Room Policies

Email cancellations and/or changes to events in a timely manner. Failure to notify may impede future reservation requests.

Requirements regarding use of the Conference Room(s)

  • Please return chairs, tables, and equipment to their original locations in preparation for the next user. Please turn off lights and close doors after event.
  • Please report immediately any problems or damage to the Dean's Office, 475-9151.
  • Reservations may not be requested by undergraduate students, or for non-College sponsored functions, or by non-College student groups.
