The Help Desk supports the audio/visual equipment installed in CMA classrooms, meeting rooms, and labs.

The equipment is all designed to be easy to use and although operating instructions are posted both here and in each room, you should be able to easily move from room to room and operate the equipment in any one.
The equipment is standardized from a common design, but there are a few slight variations:
The Small Classroom System is found in CMA classrooms 3.108, 3.128 and 3.130, the Burson conference room - CMA 4.128, and in departmental labs and classrooms in both CMA and CMB.
Variations of the Standard Classroom Console are found in screening rooms CMA 3.116 and 3.120, the CMA Auditorium (CMA 2.320) and in CMA 3.112, 3.124, 5.136, and the Ladybird Johnson Room (CMA 5.160). They are based on systems installed by the College of Liberal Arts, whose IT Services department helped with the original design and programming.
