Robert Jensen will present "Journalism is Dead! Long Live Journalism?" on May 16
In this Continuing and Innovative Education lecture, Robert Jensen, a professor in the School of Journalism, will explain the two crises in modern journalism. He will speak about a professional model that has failed to create a truly democratic news media, and a business model that is no longer viable in the digital age. How are the two crises related, and where can we find solutions? Jensen will guide us through the debate over the future of journalism.
Join us for this free lecture with a question and answer session with Jensen. A reception will follow the lecture.
