Attention Seniors: Graduate application deadline, Oct. 22
Event: The deadline to apply to graduate in December is Wednesday, Oct. 22! You may apply online at: http://communication.utexas.edu/current/graduation/.
When: Deadline: Oct. 22
Where: online: http://communication.utexas.edu/current/graduation/
Background: During the fall and spring semesters, the College of Communication holds a graduation ceremony to recognize the degree candidates for that specific semester. Students wishing to participate in the ceremony must apply by the stated deadline during the semester they are officially completing their degree requirements, i.e., fall degree candidates will participate during the December ceremony and spring degree candidates will participate in the May ceremony.
Students completing their degree requirements in the summer semester have the option of “walking the stage" during the spring semester preceding their official graduation or the fall semester following the summer session. While fall graduates may not attend the College of Communication spring graduation ceremony, they may still attend the University-wide spring Commencement.
