Hispanic Business Student Association hosts “Company Night,” Sept. 9
Event: The Hispanic Business Student Association invites University of Texas students from all majors and colleges to its 28th annual Company Night. Company Night is a unique career fair that offers an intimate setting allowing student to have more one-on-one time with a recruiter. More than 30 companies will be present recruiting all majors for summer internships and permanent positions.

Background: Our organization takes pride in hosting an event that provides an intimate recruiting fair for high caliber companies and students. Last year, Company Night had over 45 companies in attendance, as well as over 400 students. This past academic year, the Hispanic Business Student Association was honored as the Mccombs School of Business’ ”Most Outstanding Organization”, an award earned through premier events such as Company Night. HBSA has received this award six times in the last seven years and hopes to continue the tradition with another successful Company Night. In recent years, HBSA was also recognized as the Best Professional Organization and Most Outstanding Organization including the most recent in the 2006-2007 academic year among over 950 organizations on the entire UT campus.
