Fall 2007 CCS Career Development Grant Info Sessions, Sept. 4-10
Event: Communication Career Services offers a variety of different programs and financial grants to help students explore and develop their career goals. Career Development Grants are offered each fall and spring semester to communication students active in communication student organizations for career development activities.
Note: Attendance at information sessions is not required.
When:
Tuesday, Sept. 4 2:30 pm
Wednesday, Sept. 5 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm
Thursday, Sept. 6 9:30 am
Friday, Sept. 7 1:00 pm
Monday, Sept. 10 3:00 pm
Information sessions will last approximately 20 minutes.
Where: CCS Conference Room (CMA 3.102)
Background: Programs sponsored, coordinated or facilitated by CCS include the UT in DC: Semester in Washington, D.C. program, The Los Angeles Texas Exes’ annual Hollywood Seminar, the New York Texas Exes’ NYC Seminar, the DC Texas Exes’ Welcome to the Beltway: Washington, D.C. Seminar and the College’s Semester in Los Angeles Program.
Each spring semester, communication students who wish to pursue summer internships in the music industry in Los Angeles, New York City or Nashville can apply for financial assistance through the Wofford Denius Music Industry Internship Program.
