Job and Internship Fair
EVENT: Communication Career Services and the Communication Council at the University of Texas at Austin are hosting their Fall Job and Internship Fair
WHEN: 10:30 am to 3 pm, Wednesday October 25
WHERE: Texas Union Ballroom
BACKGROUND: Companies including Clear Channel Communications, Dell, Texas Monthly and the U.S. Department of State, will be on the University of Texas campus to talk to College of Communication students about career opportunities and recruit new talent. At the fair, students will have the opportunity to circulate their resumes and gather information from employers, known locally and nationally. This event is not only open to students at The University of Texas; it also is open to anyone seeking a job or an internship in the communication field. However, the companies that will be represented at the fair will most likely be looking to fill positions associated with communication studies, public relations, advertising, radio-television-film, journalism and communication sciences and disorders.
