If you receive your podcasts via iTunes they will automatically be transferred to your iPod whenever you connect it to your computer, depending on your settings. Or you can just listen to them in iTunes.
If you have some other mp3 player you can transfer our podcasts by copying them from your iTunes folder directly to your mp3 player as you would any other song.
