UT-Austin Communication Career Services invites you to join us for the Spring 2008 Communication Job & Internship Fair on Thursday, April 10, 2008 from 12:00 – 5:00pm in the Texas Union Ballroom.
The Spring 2008 Communication Job and Internship Fair provides organizations the opportunity to meet UT-Austin students and alumni interested in post graduate employment and internship positions.
Registration and Fees:
Corporate $275
Government and Non-Profit $150
If you are a member of one of the following associations, you are eligible for a $25 discount:
International Association of Business Communicators
Austin Advertising Federation
Public Relations Society of America
Association of Women in Communications
Texas Association of Broadcasters
The standard fee includes one 8'x8' booth with a table and table cloth/skirting, and lunch for two recruiters. Up to two additional recruiters may attend for a supplemental fee of $25 per recruiter. There is a limit of 4 recruiters per booth.
Should you need internet connection or electricity, let us know as soon as you register as we have limited outlets available. Organizations may bring convention displays for their table as well as publications and other materials for distribution. (Please keep in mind that the displays must fit into the 8'x8' foot booth space area where you are assigned)
To register, please click on the "Register Now" link and complete the online registration form. Once your registration is submitted you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Rebecca Couret at 512-471-9421 for assistance.
There are 65 booths available and registrations will be accepted until March 20, 2008. Late registrations will only be accepted if space is still available.
To register, please go to CareerSource at the following address: https://www.myinterfase.com/utccs/employer/Home.aspx to login and register for the event. Once you login, click on “Career Events” and there will be a “Register” link for you to click on for the fair. The deadline is March 20, 2008.
