Providing career development and job search assistance to students and alumni of The UT College of Communication.
The mission of CCS is to advise and assist students to understand and leverage their education and experience to achieve professional success. We help students identify their career interests, skills and priorities; evaluate and explore career options; understand how different organizations and industries hire; and pursue internships, jobs, and other career opportunities.
While addressing our mission, CCS recognizes faculty as one of our best resources for connecting students to our office. The mutual goal of both our faculty and CCS is student success and by working together, we are able to provide our Communication students with the knowledge and skills to succeed as professionals.
In addition, our office serves as a resource to employers and alumni with jobs and internships for our students. CCS can assist employers with generating awareness of their organization and providing opportunities to meet well-qualified candidates to meet your hiring goals.
