Mail, Phone, and Internet Surveys
The staff can provide any or all of the basic services of survey research, including questionnaire design, sampling, data collection, and statistical analysis for telephone, mail, and internet surveys.

Reports
OSR can deliver published reports and professional presentations of research results for all surveys and focus groups.

Bilingual Services
Bilingual (Spanish-English) questionnaire translation and interviewing are available on a routine basis. The OSR also has experience in conducting surveys and focus groups in foreign languages, thanks to the resources available through the University.

Focus Groups
OSR can provide focus group services including recruiting, hosting, moderating, and transcription.OSR can provide bilingual moderators for Spanish speaking gropus. OSR can also conduct cognitive interviews.

Combining Services
As part of the Public Opinion Research Group at the Annette Strauss Institute, OSR can provide research packages that include focus group research, public deliberation research, and content analysis.
